HT350 Series are a specially designed high-temperature HEPA filter, primarily used to protect high-temperature clean process environments. 
 
Structure and Materials
- Frame: Made of reinforced stainless steel, this material has excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, ensuring the stability and durability of the filter in high-temperature environments.
- Pleat Separation: Equipped with conical aluminum foil corrugated plates for even separation, this design increases the filtration area and improves filtration efficiency. The corrugated plates have folded edges to prevent damage to the filtration medium.
- Sealing Material: Sealed with ceramic-based materials, which ensure sealing performance under high-temperature conditions and prevent leakage. Due to the different coefficients of thermal expansion of various filter components, ceramic sealing may develop fine cracks during the tempering process, but this design still ensures good sealing effects.
