1. Introduction

The application

KC Coconut fiber mat is an air filtration material made from coconut long fibers. It is formed through processes of curling, spraying adhesive, and pressing, which make it resistant to shedding. It features natural environmental friendliness and high-efficiency filtration. It has widely used in dry coating processes, such as spray booths and exhaust systems in automotive paint shops, for filtering spray mist and dust.  It has high effective for filtration in high humidity and high dust concentration environments.  Some products can be used for domestic water filtration, aquarium filtration, or industrial water treatment systems.

The media and their characteristic features

-The fibers are formed into a non-directional but uniformly distributed structure after curling and spraying with adhesive, are firmly bonded and do not easily shed.  

-The uniform fiber structure ensures high dust-capturing efficiency, especially effective in capturing particulates such as dry spray mist.  

-Leveraging the properties of coconut fibers, it has strong adsorption capabilities for dust, grease, and other substances.
