Principle:
-Multilayer paint mist filter paper is made of wood pulp, flame-retardant fibers or synthetic fibers. Some products are compounded with filter cotton to enhance the filtering effect. It has characteristics of anti-static, flame-retardant (such as F1 grade according to DIN 53438 standard) and chemical corrosion resistance. The product works based on the principle of the influence of air pressure on airflow: when the paint mist in the spray booth or paint baking room flows towards the multilayer mesh filter paper under the action of air pressure, the multilayer mesh filter paper will be naturally blown open due to the influence of air pressure, just like a multi-layer filter mesh obstructing the flow of paint mist, thus effectively adsorbing the paint and dust in the air. It is a must-have filtering material for dry spray booths, and its function is to capture the scattered paint mist during spraying operations and control air pollution.
-This product has a high filtration efficiency, is fire-resistant and anti-static, and has the comprehensive characteristics of low resistance loss, avoiding secondary pollution, easy replacement, clean working site, and good economic performance. Its performance indicators are basically equal to those of the imported JISEITAI, KAISHALTD.
-This product is suitable for all production tools such as manual spraying, electrostatic spraying, and high-pressure airless spraying. It can be used with various types of paints, including nitrocellulose paint, amino paint, epoxy resin paint, acrylic resin paint, rust preventive paint, and alkyd marine protective primer.

-Air velocity and filtration efficiency: At an air velocity of 1m/s, the filtration efficiency is 95%.
-Dust holding capacity: The dust holding capacity is 250kg/m^2.
Application:
-It is mainly used in surface coating industries such as furniture, power machinery, port machinery, ship equipment, construction machinery, rust-proof coating machinery, automobile plants, bicycle plants, home appliances, electronic coating, coating factories, spray booths, and paint baking rooms. It is designed for the final filtration of spray booths to improve the air purity inside the spray and paint baking rooms.
-Specifications: The number of layers can be chosen from 5 to 10 layers. The standard size is 1 meter wide and 10 meters long per roll. Other specifications can also be made for customers, such as 500500mm, 600600mm, 800*800mm, etc.
-Filtration efficiency: At an air velocity of 0.6-1m/s, the filtration efficiency can reach 96%-99.99%, with an adsorption capacity as high as 250kg/m^2, which is 3-5 times that of ordinary filter paper.
- The relationship between mesh count and filtration precision is as follows: 100 mesh ≈ 150 microns, 200 mesh ≈ 75 microns. Users can choose the appropriate specification according to the size of the paint particles.
